Every new custom build starts with a paid, fixed-scope Workflow Blueprint. You keep the plan, even if the best answer turns out to be an existing product or a small connection between tools.

I’ll look at who does the work, where the handovers happen, which tools are involved and what the problem is costing. Then I’ll recommend the smallest change that is likely to help.
Then, build the useful bit
Most focused builds cost between £8,000 and £15,000. That usually covers a carefully scoped first release, such as an internal portal, customer self-service flow, integration or small app with the backend it needs.
We agree exactly what is included, what is not, how delivery will work and what it will cost before I start building.
You’ll see working progress regularly and I’ll explain the trade-offs as we go. You’ll have one person responsible from the first decision through launch.

Workflow Blueprints start at £1,800. We agree the exact fee, timing and what you will receive before we begin. The recommendation and delivery plan are yours whether or not I build the software afterwards.
Most focused first versions cost between £8,000 and £15,000. The Blueprint gives us the detail needed to set an honest price. If the idea is larger, we can split it into useful stages instead of pretending everything will fit into one fixed quote.
We decide that after looking at how people will use it. The answer might be an internal portal, customer website, mobile app, a connection between existing tools or no custom build at all.
I’ll say so. The Blueprint might point to an existing product, a smaller internal tool, an improvement to software you already have or a decision to wait.
I lead the product and engineering work, and you deal with me directly. If the project needs a designer or another specialist, I’ll bring in someone I trust and stay responsible for the work.
You control the production accounts and business data. We spell out code ownership, licences, access and handover in the project agreement before any build begins.
Every build includes launch preparation, handover and an initial support period. We agree the details in the scope. If you need ongoing help or want to tackle the next stage, we can discuss that separately.
